Montenegrin hydropower plants pay €1.7m in tariffs

Owners of small hydropower plants in Montenegro paid €1.7m in tariffs between the beginning of the year and May, according to the Montenegrin electricity market operator COTEE. Hidroenergija Montenegro, which owns the Jezerstica, Bistrica, Spalavici, Orah, Rmus and Sekular power plants, paid €740,060. Kronor paid €431,907. HPP Bistrica produced the most electricity in May.
