More than 172,000 sqm of new retail space was delivered across Poland during the first half of 2018, according to Colliers International. Demand for retail space remains high, while vacancy has stayed low. A number of new shopping centers were delivered in the first six months of the year, including Forum Gdańsk (62,000 sqm) and Gemini Park Tychy (36,600 sqm). The largest investments currently under construction include Galeria Młociny (75,000 sqm) in Warsaw and Galeria Libero (45,000 sqm) in Katowice.
