Morski Park Handlowy in Gdańsk is being expanded by 16,500 sqm of retail space, pushing the GLA to 41,000 sqm. A completely new building will be added to the complex, which currently offers 24,500 sqm of leasable space. The general contractor is CFE Polska. Tenants include OBI, Carrefour, Media Expert, Jula and McDonald’s. Expansion works started in October, with completion planned for the end of 2018. Savills is the property manager and the leasing agent.
