Serbian based real estate developer MPC Properties is planning the construction of a 43,000 sqm shopping center in Belgrade. The new mall is to be built on the corner of Vojislava Ilica and Mis Irbijeva streets in an investment of more than €100m. Completion is planned for early 2020, resulting in the opening of more than 150 regional and internationally branded stores, along with restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. Chapmant Taylor has been assigned to complete the design of the new mall.
