CR Investment Management, the pan-European financial advisory firm, has sold a former Hertie department store located in Hilden, Germany, to Erwin und Reinhard Müller Grundstücks GmbH & Co. The value of the investment is €2.5m. The buyer plans to refurbish the building and reopen it as a drugstore. The 5,200 sqm property belonged previously to Mercatoria, which was represented by credit servicer Hatfield Philips.
