Union Investment has appointed Multi Poland manager of its 3 Stawy shopping center in Katowice. Multi Poland will be responsible for marketing, asset management and facility management as well as leasing the property. The shopping center offers 40,000 sqm of leasable space. The tenant mix includes a number of well-known brands, including Auchan, Smyk, Empik, H&M, Rossmann, RTV EURO AGD, Carry and Mohito.
