Muli Development has reportedly rebranded its biggest retail project currently underway in the TriCity area, Forum Radunia, to Forum Gdańsk. Scheduled to start in June, the project is a revitalization of the historic Targ Sienny and Targ Rakowski, located in the center of Gdańsk. Małgorzata Słowik, head of leasing at Multi Poland, says that two months before the construction start, the project is more than 50 percent leased. The investment, which will offer 62,000 sqm of space, is a JV between Multi, the Polish State Railways and the City of Gdańsk.
