Napollo has sealed the acquisition of the Galaktyka mall in Wrocław. Worth PLN 33m, the transaction marks Vantage Development’s debut on the Polish real estate market. Vantage delivered the 5,200 sqm Galaktyka last year. Katarzyna Rzetecka, head of commercial investments in Vantage said the developer is planning two other retail parks in Wrocław over the next two to three years, and has made the city one of its strategic locations for expanding in Poland.
