The Něbo shopping and leisure complex in central Nižnyj Novgorod, a city of 1.3 million, 450 km east of Moscow, has officially opened. The mixed-use project, built by PSJ, replaced a brownfield and cost RUB 2.8bn. It includes a sports complex, wellness center, eight-screen cinema, restaurants, cafés and underground parking. Elektronika Plus and Marins Group are the project’s investors.
