Neinver secured BREEAM In-Use certification this month for Futura Park Kraków. The scheme is the second retail project awarded the green certificate in the design stage. Following the implementation of green solutions required for BREEAM certification, the project was certified 30 months after it opened. The certificate covers 10 areas, including management, materials, transportation, waste management, water and electricity, pollution, health and well-being and development of green areas and innovation.
This is the second BREEAM In-Use certificate Neinver secured over the past couple of weeks. The developer’s Malta shopping mall in Poznań also received the BREEAM certificate.
