Neinver and TH Real Estate opened of Viladecans The Style Outlets. This is the fourth outlet opened by the two companies as a joint venture. Project costs are estimated at more than €80m. Neinver is currently managing 18 centers, totaling 368,700 sqm of GLA. Viladecans The Style Outlets is expected to become a tourist attraction and drive business in the greater Barcelona area thanks to its strategic location and its broad range of products.
