Neinver to open Prague outlet center after 10-year delay

5 October 2017

Neinver is planning to open the much-delayed Prague The Style Outlets near the city’s Václav Havel Airport in April. The development, which took 10 years to complete, was slowed down by the economic crisis and by financial problems accrued by the original investor. This will be the capital’s second outlet center, following the opening of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet on the eastern outskirts of the city. Neinver, the Spanish co-owner and operator of Prague The Style Outlets, invested CZK 2bn into the acquisition and completion of the scheme. The company recently hired a new leasing manager, Barbara Somogyiová, who was reluctant to be more specific about the future tenant mix. She only said that there will be a strong F&B component.
