NEPI buys Aupark in Piešťany

6 October 2016

HB Reavis sold Aupark in Piešťany to New Europe Property Investment (NEPI). The price of the transaction, which was already greenlighted by the Antimonopoly Office, was not disclosed. The acquisition is the third Aupark in NEPI’s portfolio, following its purchases of the Auparks in Žilina and Košice. The new addition is the smallest Aupark property, offering only 10,500 sqm of retail space. NEPI also bought Korzo in Prievidza from Alfa Group earlier this year as well as Aupark Tower in Košice. The portfolio totals 100,000 sqm of leasable space, 85 percent of which is retail. The investor is looking for further opportunities in Slovakia.
