NEPI bought The Mall on Tsarigradsko Shose boulevard in Sofia, according to the Commission for Protection of Competition. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
The shopping center was put up for sale at the end of last year by AP Retail 1, according to the commission. The property includes a Carrefour hypermarket.
