NEPI and DIY retailer Dedeman purchased 84,000 sqm of land from Bega Group in two separate transactions. The land, located in the south of Timisoara, will be developed into retail space. Activ Property Services in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, represented Bega in the transactions. Felicia Vadiu, the director of Activ Property Services in Timisoara, said that the city’s shopping market sector has not been fully developed yet, offering just 112,375 sqm of stock.
