The investment fund NEPI started the extension of City Park Mall Constanta. The expansion will be carried out in two stages. First, a multiplex theater operated by Cinema City will open in June along with a new zone for restaurants. The second stage of the expansion will bring new international fashion brands to the mall along with a new World Class fitness center. Construction permits for the second stage have already been secured, and the new wing is under development. The whole process of expansion will be finalized in December.
