NEPI Rockcastle is investing €141m in a new shopping center in Bulgaria. The new mall is currently underway in the center of Plovdiv and will offer about 60,000 sqm of space. Construction is scheduled to take two years. NEPI has invested about €24m so far into the development of Promenada Plovdiv. This will be the city’s fourth shopping center. The project is NEPI Rockcastle’s third large-scale investment in Bulgaria after acquiring Paradise Center and Serdika Center last summer.
