NEPI Rockcastle is investing €50m to develop a shopping center in Targu Mures. The mall will feature 50,000 sqm of leasable space as well as more than 1,500 parking spots on a 12 ha plot. The scheme will go up at the intersection of Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918 and Sighisoara road. Construction is scheduled to break ground at the beginning of 2018, with completion set for the fourth quarter of that year.
