Following a €14m expansion, NEPI is set to open a new wing of Shopping City Deva on Thursday. The shopping center will now offer 54,000 sqm of space, up from 43,000 sqm.
New tenants include H&M, C&A, Deichmann and Cinema City. NEPI’s Romanian retail portfolio includes Mega Mall, Mall Promenada, Vulcan Value Center, CityPark Constanţa, Ploieşti Shopping City, Brăila Mall and Galaţi Shopping City.
