Nestle Adriatic has expanded its factory in Surcin, near Belgrade. The company added two new lines, which are expected to increase production by 25 percent. Nestle is planning to produce 100 new products at the site and employ an additional 30 people. Investment into new equipment amounted to €2.3m. Products will be exported to 40 countries, including UAE, Japan, Russia, Mexico, Peru, Taiwan, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Germany and Switzerland. Nestle has produced more than 55,000 tons of products from its Surcin factory since 2011.
