The first phase of Auchan’s new shopping center is set to open in Warsaw’s Łomianki district by the end of the month. This the fourth center Auchan has built in Warsaw area. “The construction of the shopping center itself cost PLN 100m, and an additional PLN 90m was used for road and sewerage infrastructure in the project’s surroundings,” said Dorota Patejko of Auchan Polska.
The center’s first phase will open Nov. 30 and include 5,000 sqm. Once completed, the new center will have a total area of 33,600 sqm of space in 100 retail units.
