EPP’s Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław has recently significantly developed its retail offer. Five brands have joined the group of tenants, including RTV Euro AGD, Chickys’ by Mango Mama, Żabka, Tortownia na Bema and LaVantil, occupying more than 930 sqm. In addition, cooperation was extended with 4 tenants from the fashion and footwear sector, including New Yorker, Sinsay, Wojas and Diverse. These agreements cover over 2,670 sqm.
“Pasaż Grunwaldzki is one of the leading destinations on the shopping map of Wrocław. We focus on the diversity and quality of the offer, establishing cooperation with valued, reputable tenants. We realise that the shopping process starts much earlier than during a visit to a shopping centre. That is why we have decided on a changed, distinctive communication and visual identity strategy so that customers can discover Pasaż Grunwaldzki anew. We can see from the footfall results that these measures are having the intended effect,” comments Magdalena Małycha, Asset Manager at EPP.
Pasaż Grunwaldzki’s offer has recently been supplemented by RTV Euro AGD, one of the leading personal and home electronics brands on the Polish market, and Chickys’ by Mango Mama – a new proposition on the gastronomic map of Wrocław, which will be of interest to all fans of Asian flavours. In addition, thanks to the relocation to almost double the space, the New Yorker shop in Pasaż Grunwaldzki is now one of the brand’s best-equipped shops in the city. Soon, customers of the Wrocław centre will also be able to visit the enlarged Sinsay, where they will find collections of clothes and accessories for women, men and children, as well as a range of home furnishings. The fashion offer of the facility will be complemented by LaVantil, a brand offering high-quality underwear for women and men. In addition, Żabka, a leader in the modern convenience segment, and Tortownia na Bema with sweet baked goods on hand and to order, will open their shop.
In order to attract existing and potential customers, the Pasaż Grunwaldzki has also undergone non-invasive modernisation in recent months. A large-format pink gorilla sculpture was erected in the central area of the facility, which plays an important role in the communication of the shopping centre and is a market differentiator. The gorilla motif appears, among other things, in the visual identity, the centre’s communication or the mobile app, creating a consistent message.
Located in the heart of Wrocław, Pasaż Grunwaldzki is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centres in Lower Silesia. It is a favourite shopping and meeting place for residents and a showpiece of Wrocław’s Grunwaldzki Square. The comprehensive offer of the centre comprises around 180 retail outlets, including HalfPrice, H&M, House, MOHITO, New Yorker, Reserved, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, eobuwie. pl, 4F, Martes Sport, home&you, Empik, RTV Euro AGD, MediaMarkt, Douglas, Sephora, Rossmann, as well as service and restaurant outlets – e.g. Popeyes®, KFC, Express Oriental, Burger King, Pasibus, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut or Costa Coffee. The centre has a Multikino cinema with eleven screens, the Fitness Academy sports club and FOODSTATION, Wrocław’s first modern food hall inspired by the city’s cult places with numerous restaurants and cafés. There are 1,400 spaces in a covered multi-storey car park, a taxi rank and a self-service city bike rental station. A wide selection of well-known brands and a rich calendar of events and attractions make the Grunwald Passage the ideal destination for successful shopping and leisure activities.
