CCFM Properties, an entity related to Ferrari/Maserati of Central Florida, has acquired a 4.5-acre site in Orlando for $4.6 million. The property is located near The Mall at Millenia at 4891 Vineland Road. Approved by the city council in January, the project will be a three story 55,000 square-foot Ferrari and Maserati dealership that will feature a showroom, sales center and vehicle service area. Orlando-based Lochrane Engineering Inc. has been selected as the project engineer with architecture plans provided by Baker Barrios Architects.
