Work on a new shopping mall has begun in Poznań, that’s planned to be completed in the middle of next year. It’s a project by the local developer Family House, which entered the market few years ago. The mall is to be built on a 5.3 ha plot of land, with a gas station and a car wash to be added on as well. Talks on leases for space in the mall are now underway, claims Family House, with a grocery store, pharmacy, travel agency and some of the service units already taken. The developer estimates that construction costs will run to PLN 56 per sqm.
