Two new retail projects opened on the German market today. Milaneo, developed by ECE and Strabag Real Estate, opened in Stuttgart’s Europaviertel neighborhood, offering 43,000 sqm over three floors. Tenants include Zara Home, Pull & Bear, Primark, Bershka and Reserved. The Mona shopping center opened in Munich’s Moosach district. Developed by Salvi Consulting and OFB, the project offers 20,800 sqm of space. It was sold to KGAL for €100mn.
