The Polish brand New Men Style is set to open a store at Geminn Park in Bielsko Biała. The company signed a lease on 75 sqm in the expanded part of the mall, which is currently underway. “We decided to open our store in the mall due because we think the project has great potential. It’s the only mall in the region with that potential,” said Robert Dworak of New Men Style.
The mall currently offers 27,500 sqm of GLA in 80 retail and service units. Once the extension is completed, it will offer 59,000 sqm of space with the potential to attract 70 new tenants. The investor hopes to have the project opened in the fourth quarter of 2013.
