Morelia Investments will add another retail center to Warsaw’s Wilanów district. Called Wilanów Park, the center is set to go up on 3 ha plot site located near Przyczółkowska street, with about 29,000 sqm of new retail and leisure space, along with 2,000 parking places. The French operator Auchan has already signed on as an anchor tenant for the project, and plans to introduce its new large-scale form on the ground and first floor of the center.
