A 2 ha plot in Wielkopolska region has been secured by BOZA Inwestycje that it will use for the development of a new retail park. Called Karuzela Turek, the investment is set to kick off in the middle of 2013 in the center of Turek where a bus station is currently operating. The design of the project, carried out by the API studio, calls for the construction and leasing of over 6,000 sqm of new retail space, with 15 stores and service points as well as a garage for 200 cars.
