Florin Pogonaru is planning to built a shopping center in Bucharest’s Obor district. The Veranda Shopping Center will offer 25,000 sqm of retail space. The scheme is set to go up on a plot that used to house the former Prodplast plastic factory. The first phase is scheduled to cost €35m. The project will be funded by Prodplast Imobiliare, which Pogonaru owns. The loan will be for 30 years.
