The investor Amec Rijekatekstil will be opening a new shopping center called Marti Retail Park along the Croatian coast. Located in Rijeka, the shopping center will offer 9,000 sqm of retail space and is scheduled to open on August 22. Along with a variety of local brands, the center has attracted European tenants such as Spar, dm, Pepco, Sport vision, CCC, Amadeus, Kik, Santa Domenica. In addition to a supermarket, it will also offer a pet center, supermarket, restaurants and a playground for children.
