A new brand is to join the tenant list at Europa Centralna shopping mall in Silesia, after Takko Fashion decided to take more than 500 sqm of space at the project. This means, the shopping mall is now 70 percent leased, with completion expected this fall. So far, Tesco, Media Saturn, Castorama and Jula stores are signed to be the project’s anchors, with other brands including Ski Team, Smyk, Reserved, Cropp, House, Promod, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, and Empik filling the remaining space. Takko Fashion now operates more than 1,700 stores in 16 countries globally. The brand entered the Polish market back in 1982.
