In early August, the first tenants started moving into the Warsaw HUB, which was delivered in the second half of July. A convenience center was built in the underground part of the project, which hosts 29 commercial units, totaling 4,800 sqm. McDonald’s, Biedronka, Rossmann and Kodano have already opened. The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscraper complex located on Rondo Daszyńskiego in the capital’s Wola district. The project includes three high-rise buildings: two 130-meter office buildings and an 86-meter hotel tower, connected by a joint podium. The developer of the project is Ghelamco, while Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager.
