DIY chain Bricomarché and Piotr i Paweł have signed leases at Kalinka Retail Park in Kalisz. Bricomarché took 2,700 sqm, while Piotr i Paweł will open a 1,300 sqm supermarket. Kalinka Retail Park is going up at the intersection of Serbinowska and Młynarska streets and Wojska Polskiego avenue. The scheme will offer 7,900 sqm of leasable space, with the opening set for the first half of 2017. Savills Polska is in charge of leasing.
