New York-based Nightingale Properties, managed by Elchonon Schwartz, has purchased the Winn-Dixie-anchored Shoppes at Cresthaven near West Palm Beach and along with a trio of out parcel propertiess for a combined $13.72 million. The main shopping center and out parcel buildings built in 1987 total a combined 179,058 square feet on a 21.3-acre site on S. Military Trail. The seller, Boston-based TA Realty, bought the properties in 2005 for $15.03 million. The deal was completed with a $11.25 million loan from Column Financial. Major tenants include Winn-Dixie, Youfit Health Clubs, Dollar Tree and McDonald’s.
