The Exit 66 outlet center near Benešov on D1 motorway could end up being auctioned off, as Průmstav, the general contractor, never got paid for the work it did by Credit Finance Group. The e15 website reports that the developer still hopes to complete the project, though selling it on is another option. Works at exit 66, started back in 2007, were interrupted a year later because of a lack of demand from retailers.
