Mic.ro, the insolvent retail chain owned by Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu, could file for bankruptcy after attempts to sell it fell through.
Several local and international companies were interested in buying the company, but upon closer inspection, none have made the decision to invest.
The owner no longer sees Mic.ro as an attractive opportunity and is unwilling to invest more resources into its turnaround.
All of the firm’s stores have been closed.
