The Nordis Mamaia project, developed by Nordis Group, was valued at approximately EUR 157 million. Nordis Group started the development of the project in 2019. Consisting of four buildings joined by the lobby area, the ensemble will have a capacity of 712 hotel rooms and apartments and 620 residential apartments. The evaluation belongs to the Horwath HTL group, represented in Romania by Fivestar Hospitality.
Nordis Mamaia is considered the most luxurious and ambitious project on the Black Sea coast as it offers customers and tourists many facilities, such as 10,000 sqm of its own beach, the largest SPA by the sea, children’s playground, 1,500 sqm of commercial gallery, nine restaurants and cafes, but also a parking lot of 1,200 places.
