The owner-developers of the mixed-use development Woodmore Towne Centre, Petrie Richardson Ventures (PRV) and Prudential Real Estate Investors, have picked up an additional 5 acre site for the construction of a Nordstrom Rack. As part of the center’s second phase of development, the site will include a 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack and 29,000 square feet of retail and restaurants that will be announced later this year. Opened in 2010, the 700,000 sqf of Phase 1 retail is anchored by Wegmans, Costco, JC Penney, Best Buy and Petco. The land was acquired from DR Horton for an undisclosed amount.
