North Fish, a restaurant chain specializing in fish and seafood dishes, will open a new 75 sqm restaurant at the Ogrody shopping center in Elbląg this spring. Cushman & Wakefield, the property manager of the center, brokered the lease. “This new brand will further diversify Ogrody’s food and beverage offer. Food court expansion is currently one of the key trends on the global retail market,” said Ada Budynek, a consultant with the retail agency at Cushman & Wakefield. Opened in 2002 and expanded in 2015, Ogrody is Elbląg’s first retail and service center. The scheme offers 42,000 sqm in 130 retail stores, service units and restaurants. There is also a cinema as well as a three-level car park. The shopping center is owned by CPI Property Group.
