The commercialization of Nova Park, a shopping mall in the Polish city Gorzów Wielkopolski is moving forward with the announcement of two new brands signing up for the project in March. Lancerto, a men’s fashion brand, took 64 sqm at the sqm of retail space, along with the Swiss boutique who’s to be taking up 27 sqm unit on the ground floor of the 32,400 sqm mall. The project is now 86 percent leased, and the investor, Caelum Development, claims new agreements are to be finalized shortly.
