The mobile telephone network operator O2 has reopened its stores in Slovakia after a decision nine days ago to close them. However, they’ll be running on a reduced schedule of just six hours. Stores located in shopping centers will be open from 11:00 am while stand alone outlets will open at 9:00. The company is asking customers to enter the stores individually with their faces covered and has made it clear that there will be fewer sales staff available than usual. O2 also requested that customers only visit their stores if it’s impossible to solve their issues by telephone and made it clear that individuals in self-isolation should stay at home. Potential staffing issues could change actual opening and closing times at individual stores, O2 warned.
