Oasis Retail & Development Consulting will open the first phase of Prima Shops in Oradea on April 6. The €12m investment will offer 10,000 sqm of retail space, with 5,000 sqm set to come on-line in the first phase and an additional 5,000 sqm to follow in the second phase. Work on the second phase of the retail park have already started. Completion set for this fall.
