Olympia Teplice fully leased

11 October 2012

The Olympia Teplice shopping center has added new brands to its tenant list, bringing the 32,000 sqm project to full occupancy. Tally Weijl and Envy will open shops this month, followed by TimeOut, Urban Store and Maribo. Eiffel Optic, Planeo Quick Time, Fortuna, Peal, Vino & Destilaty and Coradia Cafe have also signed leases.
“The Olympia Teplice shopping center has a strong position on the local market and the 100-percent occupancy rate attests to this,” said Tomáš Stárek, director of the shopping center. “We are delighted to see the interest among retailers, and we believe that the visitors will appreciate the selection of strong brands on offer.” Olympia Teplice is owned by CPI Group, while Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for property management and leasing.
