The businessman Omer Susli took over the entire Bistrița Retail Park complex, from his partner Ionuț Dumitrescu, and aims to double the portfolio of retail spaces in the next period.
The retail complex in Bistrita was developed by the company of entrepreneur Ionuț Dimitrescu and inaugurated in May 2018 following an investment of about EUR 9.5 million. A few months after opening, Omer Susli bought half of the company that operates the mall.
“It was a transaction between friends. Ionut did not sell to make a profit in this case. The price remains confidential, but it was the market price. We took over the whole company, including the ongoing loan “, Omer Susli declared.
