OMV Petrom is selling three plots of land, totaling about 60,000 sqm, in Bucharest. The plots are located at the intersection of Straulesti Road and Coralilor Street, near the Petrom City headquarters.
The local oil and gas producer’s real estate portfolio includes apartments, offices and land plots. Petrom has been trying to sell these properties since 2004, when it was privatized.
