One United Properties announces the purchase of a plot of land located near the Floreasca neighborhood and Lake Tei in the Capital, with an area of 10,710 sqm.
On the new land, the company intends to build a new residential development, One City Club, which will have around 200 apartments organized in low-rise blocks, with a total area of approximately 37,000 sqm, of which 27,000 sqm above ground and 10,000 sqm underground . One City Club will also integrate as a whole a commercial area with facilities and services for the community.
