Romania’s biggest online retailer, eMag, has taken its 120,000 sqm warehouse near Bucharest off the market. The company has decided to keep the property, located near the Joița commune, in its portfolio. The retailer was looking to net between €50m and 60m in a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The warehouse was completed in 2018, and eMag invested around €40m in the project. The company is part of the Naspers group.
