Oradea Shopping City has been put up for sale for €15m. The developer of the mall went bankrupt six years ago, selling the property to Shopping Center Holding for €30.5m. The center was modernized in 2011, but due to poor financial results, Shopping Center Holding is now looking to offload the asset.
Oradea Shopping City has a leasable area of 26,719 sqm, a multiplex cinema, a food court, a children’s play area and more than 150 stores.
