Galeria Amber, managed by EPP, expanded its offer with two new fashion brands. Customers of OUTHORN and Pit Bull West Coast stores will find there both casual outfits for every occasion and specialist sportswear. The total area leased by new tenants is almost 250 sqm.
More and more Poles choose casual clothes that can be used on many occasions. These changes are dictated largely by a hybrid work model that does not require formal everyday dress. Research conducted over the last few years shows that 80% of respondents appreciate the approach of companies that accept a casual dress code in their offices. Almost all of them indicated that, due to the return to stationary work, the comfort of dressing is extremely important to them.
“We make sure that customers visiting Galeria Amber have the opportunity to do comprehensive shopping in one place, and at the same time to choose from a wide range of brands. We notice that more and more Poles choose a casual style every day and put comfort in the first place. In response to current trends, we are consistently expanding the range of tenants in this segment,” comments Joanna Dudzic, Asset Manager at EPP.
OUTHORN clothes are characterized by comfort, quality and originality. The store’s offer includes, among others basic style clothes that will create a good-quality wardrobe base, as well as holiday accessories, incl. backpacks or summer headgear. The assortment includes clothes for women and men. A salon with an area of almost 170 sqm is at level 0.
Pit Bull West Coast is a response to the needs of customers who value functionality and casual style. The assortment of the brand appreciated by young, active people includes training clothes intended for extreme sports, including martial arts, as well as sweatpants. Currently, the brand cooperates with the largest MMA organizations in Poland, such as: KSW, FEN, Army Fight Night. The new store is located on the 1st floor.
Galeria Amber in Kalisz, owned by EPP, offers 34,000 sqm modern retail and service space with 118 shops, service points and an extensive dining and entertainment area. Galeria Amber has a comfortable and modern Helios Cinema and the largest fitness club in Kalisz – Fabryka Formy. The shopping center located near the train station in Kalisz is well connected with the rest of the city and its surroundings.
