Entrepreneur Ovidiu Budeanu received the approval of the mayor’s office for the Zonal Urban Plan which provides for the doubling of the Arena Mall shopping center, the construction of about 300 apartments and a 4-star hotel in Bacău.
The shopping center has 24,600 sqm and will be expanded by another 20,717 sqm. The plan is that the completion of the commercial expansion to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2023.
“We will add to the Arena Mall project a residential complex with about 300 apartments, next to the future Lidl, which is already authorized, plus a four-star hotel with about 80 rooms. We will start the apartment sales campaign soon “, said the entrepreneur.
